I have not posted in a week or so because I have been sick and my diet just went all to hell. I still have a little bit of a cold but I am doing better. I will not be going back to the gym until I am 100%. Maybe I will start again next week. I am changing the diet a little bit. Well maybe not a change but an addition. I am going to continue having a green smoothie a day and eat as much raw fruit and vegetables as I can but I am going to keep track of my intake with Weight Watchers Points. I find the points easier to keep track of my calorie intake. So today is a new start. I am having my morning smoothie as I type. It consists of 2 hand fulls spinach (0 WW points), 1 apple (1/2 WW point), 1 banana (1 1/2 WW points) and 1 orange (1/2 WW points) so total points for breakfast 2 1/2 points. My daily points allowence is 25 points.
Start Weight: 16 stone 9 lbs = 233 (MY LORD!)
10% Goal: 14. 12 = 208 lbs
